- Who is responsible for completing the work of the task force?
- What are the key objectives and deliverables of the task force?
- What is a reasonable timeframe for the task force to thoroughly investigate the subject matter?
- Group Discussion – Develop 2009 Work Plan
- Reauthorization of task force, deadlines
- Determine number of task force meetings to be held
- Agree on schedule and location of task force meetings
- Determine what experts/groups should be engaged
- Discuss how task force collaborates and shares information with interested parties and general public
