On December 13th, 2007, State Senator Bond and Bob Lee of Grayslake went to Camp Wilson where our local Marine reserve unit was engaged in training. Camp Wislon is the only Marine Corps training base
which accurately simulates the conditions and atmosphere of Iraq. It is an oustanding facility which gives Marines solid preparation for their tour. The 2-24 Marines
have been activated for service in Iraq.
