It is with great pride the Fallen Heroes Scholarship Fund is implemented. This program helps with the education needs of children who lost a parent in combat.
One of the first recipients is Charon Farmer of Zion who studies Medical Imaging at the College of Lake County. It is an honor to join State Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias
and Director of the IL Dept of Veterans Affairs Tammy Duckworth in announcing the fund and one of the first recipients.
